1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the King Dental website (“Site”) and the services offered by King Dental (“Practice”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site and/or receiving dental services from us, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.

“Patient” refers to any individual who uses our services.

5. Appointment Bookings and Cancellations Appointments are subject to availability. To secure an appointment, a deposit may be required. Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and/or a cancellation charge.
6. Consent to Treatment You will receive a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan before the commencement of any dental procedures. You have the right to request clarification or decline any part of the proposed treatment. Consent must be given voluntarily and may be withdrawn at any time prior to treatment.
7. Payments, Deposits, and Financial Terms All services must be paid for in full at the time of provision unless a prior agreement exists. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved methods. In the case of payment plans or third-party finance agreements, the terms of the financial provider shall apply. Failure to make payments may result in the involvement of debt recovery agents.
8. Refunds and Non-Refundable Services Refunds for pre-paid treatments will only be provided for services not rendered and are subject to management discretion. Emergency consultation fees, scan fees, and cosmetic consultations are non-refundable.
9. Privacy and Data Protection We are committed to complying with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. Patient data will be stored securely and only shared with authorised personnel or third parties with lawful justification or patient consent.
