Failure to make payments may result in the involvement of debt recovery agents.

8. Refunds and Non-Refundable Services Refunds for pre-paid treatments will only be provided for services not rendered and are subject to management discretion. Emergency consultation fees, scan fees, and cosmetic consultations are non-refundable.
